Mr. Clyde Baker of STS Consultants has been invited to give the 2006 Buchanan Lecture entitled "In Situ Testing, Soil Structure Interaction, and Cost Effective Foundation Design."
A special lecture will precede the Buchanan Lecture. It will be presented by Dr. William Hansmire entitled "Evolution of Risk Management as a Project Management Tool in Underground Engineering." 2:00PM College Station Hilton
